Objective
To come up with a new feature or extension of an existing app that will serve a new need for its original users. I chose to add a feature to Amazon Prime called Amazon Tracker, an advanced tool to help you secure and track your deliveries.

Approach

Amazon Prime is one of the most popular apps/websites for online shopping. It targets a wide range of users from age to backgrounds to gender. And although the Amazon Prime raised the standards for fast shipping and delivery, it still faces many issues and complaints about delivery time and inconvenience.

Amazon Tracker is an app I designed to help track better,  secure and schedule your shipments, introducing a new navigation system that allows you to watch your delivery on the way to you, just like ride-share apps.
